| I use. 030" wire and 75/25 gas. I set it on the 1st voltage notch and speed around 35. Just move fairly slow and don't do one long continuous bead. Start with tacks. Then stitches let it cool in between. Keep doing stitches but do them staggered so you don't heat up too much of one area. Clean it as good as possible.. I also like to wind up some copper wiring from like a romex 14/2 residential wire and twist to and put between core support and ground clamp for a better ground. I
